2010-08-29 - At Oyster Bed Speedway on Saturday night Tyler Campbell went for a ride he soon wont forget. It happened in the Four Fun division feature which was the third round of their Super Series. During a restart Campbell was on the outside line and went into turn one too fast. With his car unable to handle the speed he went sliding off the embankment rolling his car several times before coming to rest back on its wheels up against the fence. He was able to exit the car under his own power which drew an ovation from the crowd. When the race resumed It was Wes Bingley driving a flawless race holding off the advances of Zack Chappell for his fifth feature race win of the season. Daniel Conohan also had a strong night with a pair of wins.

It was also the Third round of the Super Series for the Outlaw division. Matt Watson was able to keep two former points champions behind him in Jonathon Fitzpatrick and James Doucette. Watson picked up his sixth win of the season. Earlier in the night Ricky Myers won both opening heats.

There was five different winners in the Street Stock division. Nick Chaisson opened up with a win and followed it with a pair of third place finishes. The feature win went to Mark Leclair.

Randy Millar started the night strong in the Modified division. He scored a victory in his opening race and in his second race he was able to hold off points leader Kent Livingstone for another victory. When the feature rolled around it looked as though he could very well be on his way to a triple win. While on the lead he ran into some bad luck as something broke on his car forcing him into the pits. Kent Livington was able to inherit the lead and it looked as though he was well on his way to another feature win. A late race caution set up a shootout between Livingston and Darrell ford who was fast all night long. Livingston nailed the restart and was able to shoot by Ford on the restart. A few laps later another caution came out giving Ford another shot to get by the points leader. This time it was Ford who nailed the restart zooming by Livingston on turn one and putting some distance between him and the pack. Once again lady luck was on the side of Livingston as Ford's car ran into mechanical problems forcing him to retire from the race leaving the points leader to add to his wins total.
